TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern our working relationship with clients of BrandFit. By inquiring to purchase
a brand kit, you ultimately agree to all the terms and conditions that are listed below.

1. Compensation:
When applying to purchase a brand kit from match Me, you agree to pay us the full quoted price. The full and non-refundable payment is due before we commence any work.
2. Purchasing Process:
Brands are sold on a first come, first serve basis. However, the inquiring purchaser’s brands must fit into the proposed brand without major modifications and/or the inquiring purchaser may ask Matchbox if we are willing to make major modifications and a custom proposal to do so. Sometimes multiple inquiries may be received for the same brand kit before the “sold” sign is marked.
Once you put in your request, Matchbox will notify within 48 business hours if your request for purchase has been accepted. We do our best to be responsive and fair in the purchasing process.
3. Customization:
Purchasing brand kit (name, tagline, etc.) must fit into the designed brand without major changes. Matchbox reserves the right to assess the compatibility of the brand to the inquiring purchaser for the purpose of Match Me. Additional design edits that fall outside of the set packages and Matchbox believes is a reasonable request, will be subject to additional fees. If this is the case, BrandFit will present the client with a proposal for extra design changes fees of which the client is entitled to accept or decline.
Please note, that BrandFit does offer custom design services that may be a better fit for certain clients who do not find anything in the Match Me premade brands to fit their specific needs.
4. Accreditation and Promotion:
You agree that Matchbox may place an accreditation, as a hyperlink, in the form, size and location that is determined with clients approval, in or on the Final Deliverables, and that Matchbox may reproduce and display the Final Deliverables for promotional and marketing purposes, including, without limitation, in portfolios, websites, galleries, design periodicals and other media or exhibits for the purposes of recognition of creative excellence or professional advancement, and to be credited with authorship of the Final Deliverables in connection with such uses.
